Our hearts are filled with gratitude - Veterans Day 2025

At this year's Access Housing Inc.’s Veterans Day Program, our hearts were filled with gratitude. We paused to honor the courage, sacrifice, and strength of our nation’s heroes — and to thank those who help us serve them every day.

A special thank you to our Community Partners and Team to include ....The Department of Veterans Affairs, Gold Star Mothers (AGSM), The American Legion Post 46, D.C. Public Schools Junior ROTC Cadets, Prince George’s Community College, The Director of the Office of Veterans Affairs for Prince George County that was in attendance, The Mayors Office of Veterans Affairs, Tyra Nelson from U.S. VETS, our team of professional staff who do the work day in and day out, our many Veteran residents/graduates and stakeholders who stand beside us in this mission. Your compassion and commitment remind us that when a Veteran finds hope, stability, and purpose, the entire community is lifted.

Together, we honor the past, serve the present, and build a brighter future for those who have given so much.
