In recognition of your outstanding dedication, compassion, and tireless commitment to serving the homeless community. Mr. Chappelle, an Air force Veteran, has exemplified true leadership as a champion for the underserved and less fortunate, working relentlessly to provide hope, support, and opportunity to those in need. His selfless efforts have made a profound impact, changing lives and inspiring others to join in the fight for social equity and compassion.
